The CAP Program requires approximately 10-15 hours per week at the minimum. This includes project team collaboration, agile scrum ceremonies, scrum of scrums, focused time work, mentorship sessions, and other professional development activities. The flexible structure allows participants to manage their schedules effectively. For undergraduate students, the program can be adjusted to meet university placement requirements, with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week. It is ideal to be able to commit and put in the work in order to get the most out of this 6 months program.

Yes! Our Growth Academy platform offers job practice simulations, which you can start immediately. These simulations are designed to build your skills and confidence without the time commitment of the CAP Program. You can also review our Digital Professional Pathway Program which allows you to gain professional certifications, coaching and mentoring without the time commitment of CAP program.

The program tuition is £5,000. However, we offer a 70% discount for undergraduates and individuals from underrepresented communities, which means they only need to pay 30% of the tuition (£1,500).
