By placing an Order for Products through the any Join Momentum Limited platform, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By placing an order on any Join Momentum Limited platform, the Client accepts these terms and conditions. Orders are deemed complete once payment is received and confirmation is sent to the Client.

Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (currently at 20%). Shipping and processing fees are excluded unless otherwise stated. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order. Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Accepted payment methods include:

1. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

2. Cards from non-UK banks must be international cards.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Join Momentum Limited is not liable for any security breaches occurring within Stripe’s systems. Upon successful payment, the Client will receive a receipt or invoice via email.

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

Join Momentum Limited complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our services, Clients agree to our data collection, processing, and storage practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Data Subject Rights: Clients have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their data. Requests can be submitted via email to hello@joinmomentum.co.uk

Newsletter Subscription: Clients may receive promotional emails. They can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Clients have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt, except for:

AI simulations and digital products once accessed, downloaded, or used.

Subscription-based services once the billing cycle has started.

Services that have commenced with the Client’s prior consent.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

One-Time AI Simulation Purchases - Refunds are not available once the simulation has been accessed.

If the simulation has not been accessed within 14 days, Clients may request a refund by contacting hello@joinmomentum.co.uk.

Subscription-Based AI Simulations - Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle. To prevent future charges, cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle.

Payment Plan Services - Clients who enroll in AI simulations using a payment plan are committed to completing all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.

Refunds are not available once the service has commenced.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation using the original payment method.

For any disputes or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All content provided by Join Momentum Limited, including courses, simulations, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Join Momentum Limited is not liable for:

Platform downtimes or interruptions.

Errors or failures of third-party services, such as Stripe or any other 3rd party platform.

Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the transaction.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days and resolved within 14 business days where possible.

Join Momentum Limited is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

The Company reserves the right to terminate service to any Client in cases of:

Breach of these terms and conditions.

Misuse of the platform or resources.

Non-payment of dues.

In such cases, refunds may not be provided.

These terms and conditions, as well as all related transactions, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
